The Borchard Foundation Center on International Education underwrites a Scholar-in-Residency Program at the Château de la Bretesche in Missillac, France to further scholarship between France and America in cultural, academic, and public affairs. Each grant recipient is required to publish a peer-reviewed article or book on the subject of their research in a top-tiered journal or academic press.
