Education: University of Utah; Stanford University (A.B., with Departmental and Interdepartmental Honors, 1960); Harvard Law School (J.D., 1963). Member: Salt Lake County, New York State and American (Member: House of Delegates, 1984-1986) Bar Associations; Utah State Bar (President, 1982-1983; Member: Board of Bar Commissioners, 1977-1984; Public Relations Committee, 1966-1974; Member, 1973-1977 and Chairman, 1974-1977, Committee to Review the Utah Uniform Probate Code; Member, Juvenile court Commission, 1982-1983; Member, Steering Committee, Governors’ Conference on Criminal Justice, 1982); Western States Bar Conference (Member, 1977-and President, 1988-1989).
